Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other leaders to define business requirements for new business information technologies and to identify key performance metrics;
- Oversees the development and operations of data governance;
- Enables management level dashboards and scorecards to drive informed decision making;
- Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing sales team members;
- Motivate direct reports to achieve assigned quotas, increasing sales productivity, share of wallet, and revenue growth;
- Demonstrate broad strategic influence and leadership;
- Coach and develop team; provide regular performance feedback, development planning, and sales skill training.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Electronic Data Interchange;
- Must have experience in creating dashboards for Key Performance Indicators.
