Our company is looking for a Associate Financial Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all activities related to Budgets, Rates, and Overhead Management;
  • Drive and own the Ops HC process;
  • Provide reports and financial forecasting support for Budgets, Rates, and Overhead Management;
  • Interface with accounting and corporate office to provide monthly assessments;
  • Assist in all other ad hoc requests which require financial modeling, scenario analysis and simulations;
  • Ensure that finance policies and proper accounting rules are being followed consistently and SOX-compliant in all areas of responsibility;
  • Coordination with sector compliance and rate departments to ensure consistent approach and messaging to government counterparts;
  • Development of AS indirect rates through modeling, innovation, and execution of cost accounting methodologies;
  • Continuous improvement mindset, partnering with different areas of the organization, identifying gaps, cost savings and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field;
  • Coursework in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or Global Supply Chain will be a plus;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access;
  • Experience with SAP preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • A strong detail orientation is a must;
  • Good analytical, communication (oral and written), and organization skills are necessary;
  • Proficiency using a PC, including a working knowledge of spreadsheet software is essential.
