Our company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing WorkWave’s go-to-market strategy and sales function;
  • Drive marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth;
  • Partner with finance, product management and product marketing on pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals;
  • Improving client retention and operations;
  • Preparing compensation plans that is competitive to the market;
  • Manage the marketing, business development and new market teams;
  • Help define the company’s customer acquisition model and refine and improve its marketing spend to drive ROI;
  • Execute new market and service line plans, obtaining necessary state approvals and initial penetration;
  • Responding to customer calls;
  • Build new market and service teams;
  • Develop thought leadership and operational metrics that will drive performance;
  • Creating a data-driven foundation for sales management;
  • Regularly coaching team;
  • Designing and implementing compensation plans;
  • Hiring and training all Business Development staff.

Requirements:

  • 10 years’ sales management experience within the Healthcare industry;
  • Strong problem solving orientation coupled with the ability to identify and execute strategic solutions;
  • Strong leadership, organization and communication skills;
  • Strength in both B2B (to states and districts) and B2C (to teachers) sales and marketing;
  • Capable of eventually being CEO;
  • Strong business development and sales experience;
  • Being able to achieve sales goals;
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related field;
  • Proven track record of entering and growing new markets;
  • Experience scaling a service organization across multiple states;
  • Highly skilled in CRM software systems;
  • MUST have database experience which would include Salesforce, Jobvite, Bullhorn, etc;
  • Proven ability to attract and onboard top talent;
  • Positive motivator;
  • At least ten years of experience in Business Development.
