Our company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing WorkWave’s go-to-market strategy and sales function;
- Drive marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth;
- Partner with finance, product management and product marketing on pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals;
- Improving client retention and operations;
- Preparing compensation plans that is competitive to the market;
- Manage the marketing, business development and new market teams;
- Help define the company’s customer acquisition model and refine and improve its marketing spend to drive ROI;
- Execute new market and service line plans, obtaining necessary state approvals and initial penetration;
- Responding to customer calls;
- Build new market and service teams;
- Develop thought leadership and operational metrics that will drive performance;
- Creating a data-driven foundation for sales management;
- Regularly coaching team;
- Designing and implementing compensation plans;
- Hiring and training all Business Development staff.
Requirements:
- 10 years’ sales management experience within the Healthcare industry;
- Strong problem solving orientation coupled with the ability to identify and execute strategic solutions;
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills;
- Strength in both B2B (to states and districts) and B2C (to teachers) sales and marketing;
- Capable of eventually being CEO;
- Strong business development and sales experience;
- Being able to achieve sales goals;
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related field;
- Proven track record of entering and growing new markets;
- Experience scaling a service organization across multiple states;
- Highly skilled in CRM software systems;
- MUST have database experience which would include Salesforce, Jobvite, Bullhorn, etc;
- Proven ability to attract and onboard top talent;
- Positive motivator;
- At least ten years of experience in Business Development.
