Our company is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, triage, and prioritize production bugs;
  • Analyze product performance and A/B tests and define further improvements;
  • Develop agile epics, themes and user stories to support development;
  • Collaborate with UX on Design Sprints;
  • Help align team objectives with overall vision and strategies;
  • Experiment with new technologies that can be leveraged to add value to the business;
  • Recommend enhancements to optimize or enhance current business processes;
  • Effectively capture business requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications in support of business priorities;
  • 5+ years multidisciplinary, practical experience in technology, healthcare, and life sciences;
  • Research disruptive information technology;
  • Ensures a healthy backlog by regularly grooming intent with the team;
  • Communicate the platform roadmap and vision to the technology team;
  • Defines acceptance criteria for work and accepts user stories;
  • Supports team with escalation and resolution of impediments;
  • Collaborate across teams and the product owner community.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting;
  • Experience working with product development lifecycle;
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems;
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions;
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization;
  • 7 years’ product management experience in on-line technology and/or management strategy consulting;
  • At least 7 years’ experience in consumer-facing online commerce.
