Digital Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, triage, and prioritize production bugs;
- Analyze product performance and A/B tests and define further improvements;
- Develop agile epics, themes and user stories to support development;
- Collaborate with UX on Design Sprints;
- Help align team objectives with overall vision and strategies;
- Experiment with new technologies that can be leveraged to add value to the business;
- Recommend enhancements to optimize or enhance current business processes;
- Effectively capture business requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications in support of business priorities;
- 5+ years multidisciplinary, practical experience in technology, healthcare, and life sciences;
- Research disruptive information technology;
- Ensures a healthy backlog by regularly grooming intent with the team;
- Communicate the platform roadmap and vision to the technology team;
- Defines acceptance criteria for work and accepts user stories;
- Supports team with escalation and resolution of impediments;
- Collaborate across teams and the product owner community.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years’ experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting;
- Experience working with product development lifecycle;
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems;
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions;
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization;
- 7 years’ product management experience in on-line technology and/or management strategy consulting;
- At least 7 years’ experience in consumer-facing online commerce.
