Our company is looking for a International Accounting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;

  • Prepares and adheres to budgets;
  • Helps establish competitive pricing strategies;
  • Ensures brand messages are consistent;
  • Communicates with a variety of businessmen and women from different countries and companies;
  • Nurtures and enriches all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business preferred;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
  • 0-1 years Sales experience;
  • Assist with the roll-out of NetSuite to international entities and lead the design, testing, and maintenance of NetSuite from business side;
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Work closely on month end close for international entities together with 3rd party outsourced accountants and/or international local accountants;
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and positive attitude;
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and basic knowledge of international accounting requirements;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and solve problems;
  • Tech savvy with some knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn SAAS programs;
  • Ability to learn regulatory compliance relating to KYC/AML preferred;
  • Minimum of 6 years of related work experience;
  • Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP system a plus, with experience in consolidations.
