Our company is looking for a Media Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals for traffic, conversions and efficiency;
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide actionable solutions;
  • Create detailed reports and present recommendations to clients;
  • Be able to visually tell a story based on performance data;
  • Management of keywords, bidding and budgeting, audience creation and segmentation;
  • Develop reporting based on client’s performance KPIs and interpret trends into actionable insights;
  • Provide strategic recommendations for client growth;
  • Work collaboratively across agency disciplines and key stakeholders;
  • Support the execution of strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s);
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports;
  • Provides analysis to identify critical issues/questions around campaign performance;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of landing pages, ad copy, keywords, audiences and creative asset through testing;
  • Stay abreast the latest media best practices, strategies, news, and algorithm updates;
  • Maintain a relationship with vendors on behalf of the client;
  • Conduct digital media audits to proactively identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or other quantitative discipline;
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation;
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in a professional service related to digital marketing or advertising in a quantitative role;
  • Hands-on experience within Google Analytics;
  • Experience developing and executing paid search strategies a plus;
  • Exceptional attention to details, organizational skills and communicator;
  • Passion for the internet, digital media, and advertising;
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (or equivalent);
  • Proven experience as an Analyst, Media Coordinator, or similar experience in digital media is preferred;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of online display advertising, SEM and SEO;
  • Knowledge of SQL and HTML preferred but not required;
  • Experience managing data from various sources and developing databases and spreadsheets for detailed analysis;
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program focused on Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or related fields.
