Responsibilities:
- Look at effectiveness of sales tools and technology and help track ROI;
- Compile and analyze reports on client retention and new client acquisition;
- Analyze existing data and reports and make recommendations to leadership for improvements or enhancements;
- Determine the most effective manner of compiling and analyzing staff metrics and productivity;
- Communicate with COO and VP of Sales to understand issues, challenges and opportunities for the sales staff;

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role;
- Provide project assistance in Delphi for property database upgrades, system changes or standards changes;
- Prior experience using a CRM system;
- Service industry experience preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and team player mentality;
- Responsible for producing property(s) sales performance and activity reporting extracted or through reporting tools;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field;
- Must possess excellent analytical abilities and keen attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A passion and strong understanding of video games and the video game industry;
- Maintain a positive / can-do mentality along with a motivated and ambitious mind set;
- Experience in data/business analysis and reporting in in tech;
