Responsibilities:
- Synthesize input from customers and field to identify opportunities and gaps for commercial customers and modern workplace;
- Define, design, and deliver commercial features in the product that meets customer needs;
- Identify strategic partnerships with other engineering teams inside Microsoft and deliver through cross group collaboration;
- Create and communicate the commercial readiness scorecard for different products;
- Establish structures for communication and information flow;
- Setup the structure to ensure the delivery of products that meet commercial customer needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
