Our company is looking for a Risk Management Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research, claims, documentation, and litigation for worker’s compensation claims;
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls;
  • Review vendor contracts;
  • Stay abreast of industry and market events that impact the company;
  • Assist with insurance claims management;
  • Engage a team approach to tasks and consult subject matter experts as needed,
  • Develop quantitative integrated cost and schedule risk models, analyze results,
  • Schedule and conduct risk interviews and support facilitation of risk workshops,
  • Organize and facilitate risk mitigation meetings,
  • Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings;
  • Develop project specific risk management plans,
  • Work collaboratively with risk management team, involving and engaging risk analyst and supporting decisions of the risk manager,
  • Prepare risk assessment presentations and prepare presentations of the project’s risk profile;
  • Prepare risk communications (memos), risk assessment reports, and document risk mitigation strategies,
  • Work as advisor to Project Managers,

Requirements:

  • Be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn;
  • Staffing Industry experience is a plus;
  • Able and willing to take direction and feedback;
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Comprehensive understanding of business contracts and ability to interpret complex legal language;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Able to work independently;
  • At least two years of experience in risk management and contract review preferred.
