Our company is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for program scheduling, resource planning, and risk management;
  • Interface regularly with the Services Team to coordinate resource requirements;
  • Manage cost control, quality, and operations-oriented customer communications;
  • Communication with cross-functional and cross organization team members for program management and operation related subjects;
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of technical and milestone reviews;
  • Define and champion processes when necessary for operation excellence and team integration;
  • Lead profitable growth by adding and training qualified resources and supporting fulfillment objectives;
  • Ensure that Project Charters and Project Execution Strategies are established for al projects;
  • Ensure sensitive customer -oriented communications are properly coordinated with Sales / Commercial Operations;
  • Lead resource management efforts for site commissioning and site construction management efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
  • Minimum 5 years program management experience;
  • Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style;
  • Vendor/Contract Management experience: Managing multiplevendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously;
  • Significant experience delivering complex IT projects on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • 12 years + proven working experience and knowledge managing Projects/Programs with examples of successful implementation;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Measure individual project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Establishes advanced capabilities in program and project design where possible;
  • Communicates with project stakeholders and executive/senior management, and provides insight on issues through root cause analyses;
  • Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements;
  • Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts.
