Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing a business plan to ensure your product’s revenue and unit goals are achieved;
- Drive customer and partner satisfaction for your products and solutions. Connect enterprise customers and partners with the product groups;
- Contributing to the recruitment, engagement and readiness of Partners who can help the Solution Sales Professional drive business;
- Stays abreast of current technology in a changing environment;
- Analyze and interpret POS and syndicated data; Generate and present actionable category insights;
- Actively participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing Windows operating systems and applications for end users;
- Deploys new business applications as needed. Installs local and network printers and other peripherals and configuration of same;
- Provide technical support to end users after migration as needed;
- Set up, configure and add all required hardware during upgrade;
- Build assortment and shelving strategies;
- Skilled in different types of computer hardware, software, peripherals and components, networking protocols and communications;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate escalations to senior resources;
- Deliver prioritized schematic production schedule to meet customer requests and deadlines;
- Provide customer with actionable fact based category recommendations across assortment, shelving, pricing and promotion.
Requirements:
- Communicating findings to firm personnel in meetings and in comment forms; and;
- Assessing the firms’ quality control structures and the related impact these structures have on audit quality;
- Preparing comment forms and assisting with drafting inspection reports;
- Effectively manages sales pipeline with predictable business results that exceed revenue targets;
- High degree of collaboration with multiple Microsoft sales personnel, as well as Microsoft Partners will be required for success;
- Ability to articulate the business value of the Microsoft platform and Azure in competitive scenarios;
- Troubleshooting basic application issues such as Office and other third-party software;
- Ability to relay technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel;
- Microsoft – Active Directory (AD);
- Microsoft – Windows Server Systems and their component roles (AD, DNS, File/Print Services);
- Must possess excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in flexible environment based on customer scheduling requirements;
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- McAfee Encryption and Antivirus Software;
- Lift / move 30 lbs.
