Our company is looking for a Sr. Market Research Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to finance to aid in defining annual sales projections;
- Interpret market and sales data, formulate reports and make recommendations;
- Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices;
- Use secondary market research to uncover market and consumer trends and opportunities;
- Perform valid and reliable SWOT analysis;
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation;
- Provide market analysis and insights to sales force for key customer presentations.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.);
- Strong ability to multi-task;
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau;
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen;
- Strong Communication and presentation skills;
- Familiarity with CRM programs;
- 7 – 10 years proven market research experience;
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data into meaningful analysis;
- Excellent knowledge of research databases, research methodologies and MS Office.
