Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transfer pricing planning and studies;
- Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and leadership to the Tax team of five or more;
- Partner and manage the relationship with external tax advisors;
- Reviews tax returns and related documents to ensure compliance with federal, state and international laws. Authorizes the payment of taxes due;
- Works closely with Accounting to provide tax rates for review of business results and forecasts;
- Advises top management of the impact of new tax laws and proposed legislation;
- Pursues refunds, credits and incentives as the company moves into new markets or new locations to maximize tax benefits to the company;
- Review quarterly tax provisions and various tax computations;
- Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members;

- Recognize complex technical tax issues, perform research and analysis to support management decision-making;

- Develop federal and state tax planning ideas;

- Manage U.S. international tax compliance process, including subpart F income, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and expense allocations.
Requirements:
- Experience in fast-paced environment, highly driven with the ability to conduct multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Individual contributor but willing to teach/mentor;
- CPA license in good standing;
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in tax (five of which should be in a management position);
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
