Our company is looking for a Outreach Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Outside sales role with frequent travel within local territory;
- Engage with new customers and activate sales of Lettuce Grow Farmstands;
- Showcase the Lettuce Grow brand, mission and service offering to consumers;
- $15hr base with uncapped income potential based on commission from new customers acquired;
- Host promotional tables at local events and in high-traffic areas;
- Job entails standing for 4 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds;
- Part-time (10-20 hours per week) including some nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- Events may entail standing for 4 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds as necessary;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to transport our Farmstand with your personal vehicle to local events;
- Must be energetic, motivated, driven, positive, entrepreneurial and team oriented;
- Desire to learn and develop a career in sales;
- Passion and interest in our mission of creating sustainable local food ecosystems and teaching people to grow their own food;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
