Our company is looking for a Associate Systems Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end product;
  • Design, implement, test, and document both feature code and systems test. You will be expected to document problems found;
  • Learn existing platform and operating systems and prototype new approaches;
  • participate in the software development or system test in an area based on their experience and interest;
  • Conducts engineering processes using standard work, including verification and qualification procedures;
  • Considers and evaluates alternatives accounting for similar metrics;
  • Collects data and performs standard analysis of data, identifying findings as appropriate;
  • Be a team player and eager to learn the solutions/ technologies from other team members through informal, formal, and self-paced training;
  • Deliver training and workshops as part of Channel and Partners engagements;
  • Travel is a requirement and will vary depending on the regional requirements;
  • Participate in the development of lab proof-of-concept test configurations based on test plans;
  • Attend and assist with onsite customer presentations and engagements;
  • Assist in the development of formal and informal presentations of solutions from a both a business benefit and technical perspective;
  • (U) Agreement Process Area—Acquisition and Supply;
  • Perform on-site and remote product demonstrations / deliver product updates/roadmap presentations.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA). Experience with or knowledge of various Government maintenance collection databases;
  • Requires a Final Secret Security Clearance;
  • Technical experience working on aircraft or similar complex systems. Ability to brief senior level leadership and customers;
  • Experience with modeling and/or analysis in a professional or academic environment;
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word;
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant program of study;
  • Fix defects in defined areas of code with assistance. Create clear and accurate change/patch documentation;
  • Perform initial analysis of problems in defined areas. Assist in gathering information to aid in problem debug and resolution;
  • Write/run tests in defined product areas and document problems found;
  • Depends upon the project/program needs.
