AWS Software Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a AWS Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be working with AWS, Gitlab, Ansible, Terraform and Docker;
- Ability to show advanced skills in CI and CD workflows (Jenkins/Jenkinsfiles, Drone CI, AWS Code Deploy, GitLab CI, Spinnaker);
- Work with the engineering team to lead the system architecture;
- Strong enthusiasm for exploring new technologies;
- Must be able to demonstrate experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, API Gateway).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or similar) or equivalent technical experience;
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, and Python are bonuses;
- Comfort in UNIX/Linux server environments;
- Experience with the following AWS Services: EC2, S3, RDS;
- Experience with some, if not all: C# & C++ are required;
- Experience using AWS or other Cloud services;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Experience developing web and mobile applications.
