Our company is looking for a Customer Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Render technical on-site and phone assistance to customers;
  • Respond to emergency calls at customer’s request;
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of time cards, expense reports, etc;
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers;
  • Perform general and preventive maintenance on Uninterruptible Power Supply systems;
  • Keep current on Safety Field Change Notices and Service Tips;
  • Strive to provide all customers a ‘first time fix’ for their equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, with customer interaction and exposure;
  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable;
  • An ‘everready’ approach to problem solving – you will enjoy ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and getting involved;
  • A desire to learn and progress through our extensive product range and service offering;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
