Our company is looking for a Data Architect Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role on the leadership team – building the advisory practice, assets, and providing thought leadership;
  • Proactively analyze data to increase quality as it relates to accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, conformity, and validity;
  • Take financial ownership: ability to manage project financials;
  • Analyze and manage 3rd Party and other external data sets;
  • Originate and develop sales opportunities;
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
  • Analyze and manage master data across multiple domains such as Customer, Product, Consumer;
  • Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to delivery best practices and principles;
  • Work with executive-level clients to unlock new potential streams of business value by delivering one or more data hub projects and programs;
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs;
  • Leverage data science skills to automate data management;
  • Understand and manage client expectations to enable a successful partnership between client and Accenture teams;
  • Build strong and lasting client relationships;
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques;
  • Communicate and present to internal associates and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and shift / adjust resources to achieve optimal results;
  • Non-relational Data Warehouses (NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra);
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others;
  • Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
  • Cross-industry experience executing data and analytics types of program required;
  • Experience interacting with clients of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and data veracity;
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in broader data management and analytics framework, industry best practices;
  • Well connected with cutting-edge analytics techniques and be confident about how to apply them to generate insights and recommendations;
  • Experience with Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial and Life science/Pharma industry;
  • Collaborative; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Big Data Technologies: MapReduce, Pig, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Spark, Flume, YARN, Kafka, Storm;
  • Certification in TOGAF Architecture Framework, 4+1 and Zachman Framework preferred;
  • Strong data management technology background.
