Database Architect Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Database Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination for large DBA support teams, including coordination of complex database;
- Identify and capture lessons learned, best practices, and information gained during performance of tasks;
- Design, create, update and maintain a data warehouse;
- Define Extract, Transformation and Load data schemes to load data into the data warehouse;
- Define validation techniques to insure database design is populating correctly for data integrity and maintains critical relationships;
- Provide technical design for new initiatives and analyze their impact on overall enterprise architecture;
- Regularly in an office environment.
Requirements:
- Master level SQL coding skills;
- A firm understanding of Entitlement Life Cycle management;
- Hands on experience with MS SQL Server;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Background in working in an Agile environment;
- Preparation and presentation of evidence for meetings with Audit;
- Database Architecting-L1 (Mandatory);
- Ability to work with and explain complex concepts to non-technical as well as technical roles;
- Experience in architecting and developing Identity and Access Management (IAM) centric software;
- Enthusiastically work in a highly inclusive environment;
- Creation of technical documentation as needed for Document Library and eSupport.
