Our company is looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and distribute Lessons Learned;
  • The Data Coordinator collects, organizes and distributes data from multiple sources to support their team;
  • Change Management coordination and follow-up;
  • Create and manage deliverables/master plan;
  • Communicate ownership and account updates to master data;
  • Clean the clinical database, which includes generating and resolving data clarifications;
  • Manage 3rd party Value Add Service provider projects;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gain product history to support issue verification and resolution;
  • Communicate with stores to share/gain quality information;
  • Follow and enforce a quality-driven process;
  • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while effectively managing workload and prioritization of tasks;
  • Perform QC audits of the clinical database;
  • Coordinate quality inspections and product reviews with QC auditors. Monitor auditor workload and callout issues to QM Specialist;
  • Using the companies software, you will run data queries;
  • Communicate status of assignments promptly and concisely.

Requirements:

  • Goal Oriented, Self-Motivated & Organized;
  • Query Development Experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Ability to recommend process improvements;
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word;
  • Experience in building and maintaining databases;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bacholor’s Degree preferred but not required;
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Experience in SAP, MSI and Product Development (Flex PLM) software a plus;
  • 1-3 years experience in apparel Quality Assurance or similar function;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency.
