Our company is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and make corrections to entered information;
  • Validating accuracy of existing data through periodic audits;
  • Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies;
  • Resolves inconsistencies by contacting the source for clarification;
  • Preparing and filtering data to be aggregated for reporting;
  • Ability to navigate through multiple screens;
  • Escalates problems as needed to ensure a high level of service quality;
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality;
  • Complete associated programs tasks, data entry, and other duties as assigned;
  • Stay current on all service policies, procedures and training updates;
  • Be dependable, courteous, and like helping others;
  • Conducts research on same day problems and develops a conclusion to resolve problems;
  • Provide exceptional quality of service and assist all customers;
  • Enter trip requests with accuracy;
  • Completes requests for transportation received via online or fax from member, provider or facility.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management skills;
  • High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus);
  • Speed and efficiency in processing data;
  • Detailed;
  • Reliable transportation to get to Robinson Township on a daily basis;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Excel and PowerPoint experience;
  • Data entry experience;
  • Stable work history;
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers;
  • Strong desire to learn;
  • Computer Skills: POS System, Inventory System, Human Resources System, Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet and Internet Software;
  • Availability to start shift at 11 or 11:30am.
