Our company is looking for a Infrastructure Engineer III to join our team.


  • Regular collaboration and communication with teams and end-users; driving teams and objectives;
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to existing configurations, technologies or procedures;
  • Technical Infrastructure Project Management, demonstrated ability to deliver detailed technical documentation and manage tasks;
  • Design, test, certify and document new systems, environments and cloud services;
  • Troubleshoot intricate systems and networking issues down to the bit level and up through the application layer;
  • Monitor, support, configure and physically build systems;
  • Provide internal-consulting and support to business units to translate requirements into solutions;
  • Remain current with technology and industry/market trends;
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Some travel required;
  • Administering SQL databases (Backup, Replication, Recovery, Performance Tuning…);
  • Ability to Implement, Train and Support Technical Solutions;
  • Automate any and all tasks that can be automated;
  • Remote data center support and management;
  • Provide critical thinking to complex problems in a 24/7, mission critical mixed Windows/Linux environment;
  • Technical documentation of existing and new environments.


  • A passion for in-depth understanding of technology, and building large-scale systems;
  • Experience with SolarWinds;
  • Experience with SAN architecture, implementation and management;
  • Palo Alto Networks specific experience;
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and direct experience with MS-SQL;
  • Familiarity with AD, IIS, FTP, SMTP, SCCM, InTune and other utility related platforms;
  • Experience with VeloCloud SDWAN;
  • Experience with backup/restore technologies;
  • Experience with virtual environments and volume provisioning/optimization (VMWare);
  • An understanding of security requirements and technical implementation as a basic capability;
  • Hands-On Server Hardware Experience;
  • Understanding of Cloud storage and use cases (AWS);
  • Experience with Aruba Wireless;
  • Experience with Clearpass;
  • Windows Server and Linux proficiency.
