Solutions Engineer III Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Solutions Engineer III to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support and setup tradeshow demo playbooks;
- Develop review process with regional SE teams for opportunity assessment and process improvement training and development programs;
- Collaborate with regional and area sales leadership to land strategic customer opportunities;
- Design and implement solution processes to align product and vertical selling strategies to the area team;
- Propose and/or design technical solutions to meet prospect’s business, technical, and/or financial goals;
- Partner seamlessly with internal and external partners;
- Document and understand the current state business process and technology;
- Demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguous and limited information spanned across multiple products and/or capabilities within an assigned domain;
- Responsible for project deliverables as directed by leadership and project;
- Build fast and effective feedback loop with business groups to incorporate into product function development;
- Partner with business stakeholders to align and drive towards a common goal.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional design, documentation, problem resolution, and release management;
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in analyzing business needs, requirements gathering and working with business;
- Working knowledge of data and analytics is a big plus;
- Agile development process knowledge/experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Strong ability to build business and stakeholder relationships;
- Strong project management experience is a big plus.
