Our company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Metrics gathering and reporting for leadership and peer consumption;
  • Ability to work independently as well as embedded in a team;
  • Work closely with other Engineers to ensure proper solution design and coverage;
  • Author technical documentation pertaining to the networking solutions;
  • Work with competitive networking products for compatibility and analysis testing;
  • Work closely with internal and external resources to understand and build real-world customer solutions;
  • Authoring solutions tests;
  • Perform troubleshooting and research into failures;
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Product Managers to understand and build real-world customer solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related technical work experience (ex: development, support, etc.);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience;
  • Exposure to Java, .NET Development, or other programming languages;
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting.
