Customer Solutions Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Metrics gathering and reporting for leadership and peer consumption;
- Ability to work independently as well as embedded in a team;
- Work closely with other Engineers to ensure proper solution design and coverage;
- Author technical documentation pertaining to the networking solutions;
- Work with competitive networking products for compatibility and analysis testing;
- Work closely with internal and external resources to understand and build real-world customer solutions;
- Authoring solutions tests;
- Perform troubleshooting and research into failures;
- Work closely with Sales Engineers and Product Managers to understand and build real-world customer solutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of related technical work experience (ex: development, support, etc.);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience;
- Exposure to Java, .NET Development, or other programming languages;
- Experience with software support and troubleshooting.
