Our company is looking for a Management and Program Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, directives, laws, statutes, objectives, operations, and available resources;
- Analyze policies and procedures to determine the impact on and effect of such regulations on current and future operations;
- Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to management officials;
- Coordinating briefing documents and talking points to prepare senior level FBI executives for the meeting with the foreign dignitary;
- Ability to exhibit professionalism to FBI employees at all levels, to include Field Office ADIC, SACs, and AD’s;
- Serve as the main point of contact for the foreign dignitary and embassy liaison representatives;
- Dress professional in business attire to represent the FBI appropriately;
- Revise methods for collecting data; develop and/or adopt new productivity measures;
- Interpret, clarify, coordinate, implement, and/or recommend policies, procedures, instructions, and requirements for the organization/program;
- Organize and plan official meetings and assist with FBI conference planning;
- Ability to communicate at all levels in order to assist with high level foreign dignitaries meeting with representatives of the FBI;
- Prepare reports that present findings, cite applicable policies, identify causative situations, and recommend corrective actions;
- Review request and determine the suitable meetings based on the goals and objectives of the requester and FBI Legat;
- Liaison with other government officials, FBI officials, embassy personnel, and foreign dignitaries;
- Set tasks for information with appropriate deadlines to the requesting entities in order to successfully complete the meeting request.
Requirements:
- Shall be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, will all levels of management;

- Active Top Secret (SSBI) Clearance;
- Minimum five (5) years Government experience or two (2) years as a protocol affairs specialist/special events coordinator in private industry;
- Ability to prioritize and work with short deadlines;
- Minimum 5 years analytical experience in a Government setting;
- Clearances (TS).
