Our company is looking for a Program Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of program management and analysis principles, concepts, directives, and practices;
  • Work with large amounts of data from authoritative systems into metrics and data calls;
  • Analyzing NAVSEA workforce demographics, attrition trends, and develop metrics;
  • Management of program schedule and milestones;
  • Information gathering;
  • Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government;
  • Strong experience with product sourcing, materials purchasing and consulting clients on vendor management best practices;
  • Coordinating and managing Site Projects (Regional Offices);
  • Assisting with Project Coordination through interacting with GSA;
  • Work with Government teams to track and report the installation, testing and integration of systems aboard naval vessels during construction;
  • 3 years’ experience supporting financial statement audits, financial-related audits, performance audits, and contract audits;
  • Develop and understand scope and requirements, deployment schedule development, and support the implementation of all project requirement functions;
  • Assist in drafting various documents supporting a procurement;
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement activities;
  • Develop and create presentations within data analysis software.

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance;
  • Performs data validation and quality control checks;
  • Analyzes datasets and information to produce reports and forecasts;
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project);
  • Expert knowledge of program management and analysis principles, concepts, directives, and practices;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience facilitating and leading meetings, discussions, and consultations with senior level clients and other key stakeholders;
  • Navy experience is desired;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio);
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes involving several different stakeholders;
  • Navy ERP experience is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • DAWIA (or DAWIA equivalency) Level III in Program Management;
  • Strong written communication skills (including technical writing/editing skills) –Microsoft Word;
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years of work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of work experience.
