Senior Program Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high proficiency level with system architectures, and database system models;
- Provide technical help to non senior staff as it relates to Analysis, Design, and Coding;
- Support corporate goals and objectives through the implementation of current information technology;
- Integration of 3rd party products and/or services;
- Stay abreast of new emerging technologies that affect the use of data systems;
- Design, Specify, and Develop infrastructure software for the Hospice Patient Management / Billing system;
- Review, make corrections, and approve application designs of non senior staff;
- Provide technical help to Business Analysts as it relates to Functional Specifications;
- Provide complete and comprehensive documentation of systems developed;
- Assist in drafting various documents supporting a procurement;
- Lead activities to identify project risks and assist in the development of mitigation plans;
- Prepare presentations and other materials to support project functions;
- Monitors deliverables, assess documents, plans and applications, conduct quality reviews of projects and tasks;
- Draft correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation;
- Maintain and track action items and participate in meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience with Web services or WCF preferred;
- 5+ years developmental knowledge of C# in a production code environment;
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously;
- Knowledge of object oriented development experience and Design Patterns;
- Certification from PMI: PMP, PfMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP;
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s and minimum of 5 years of experience;
- Active Security Clearance;
- Secret Clearance;
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience;
- Military Experience;
- Project/Program Management Experience;
- Technology scouting experience;
- Experience working on energy efficiency projects;
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline;
- Position subject to Psychological Testing.
