Quality Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary;
- Compiles charts, graphs and other data on defects and manufacturing operations for QA department use and for management review;
- Provides QA product recommendations within the limits of specifications, manuals and company policy;
- Fosters the professional growth and development of inspectors through personal example and appropriate training;
- Other responsibilities as assigned;
- Assures product quality through maintenance of a quality system in accordance with the quality regulations and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Certifications: N/A;
- Education: Associates degree in Engineering, Operations, or other related field; or a combination of coursework and experience;
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Good computer skills; experience with ERP systems would be helpful;
- Language Skills: Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills are also required;
