Salesforce Administrator/Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with cloud ERP and CRM systems and integration elements as they arise;
- Provide training to individuals and user groups within the company;
- Develop Salesforce functionality and integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications;
- Document, maintain and update system-level customizations and training materials;
- Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance;
- Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and data maintenance efforts;
- Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs;
- Collaborate with company leadership to understand and develop business processes; customize and configure systems accordingly;
- Create Data Dictionaries;
- Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications;
- Defining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications;
- Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment;
- Perform unit and integration testing;
- Generate application flow charts and technical documentation;
- Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.
Requirements:

- Experience with database design and best practices;
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
- Must demonstrate good communication skills;
- Visualforce/Lightning Components/Aura Components, Apex;
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems;
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language);
- Desired knowledge on SFDX;
- Salesforce development (minimum 3 years of experience);
- Desired knowledge on C#.NET (minimum 3 years of experience);
- Must be highly motivated, proactive, creative and thorough;
- Desired knowledge on .NET Standard/.NET Core.
