- Oversee the design, development, technical review, and implementation of Sponsor’s specific IT/infrastructure systems needs;

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking;
- Analyzes complex information and independently takes appropriate actions to resolve problems;
- Demonstrates strong development, management and leadership skills with the ability to think independently;
- 11 years of related work experience with sustained excellent performance;
- Proficient in OS troubleshooting (e.g. Windows 8.1 & 10);
- Experience with WPF;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Prepare documents such as plans, analyses, assessments, schedules, papers, metrics, guides, minutes, synopsis, reports, and briefings;
- Participate in new development starting with requirements analysis and design;
- Experience in the development of DoD Architectural Framework (DoDAF) products including Operational Views (OV) and Operational Sequence Diagrams;
