Our company is looking for a Apprentice to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions;
- Produce timely and detailed service reports;
- Manage all warranty parts from the field and in the shop;
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization;
- Tie workflow to schedule;
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches;
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and ensure proper use of field automation systems;
- Document processes;
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings;
- Individual will be required to pull cable/wires, mount devices on interior/exterior walls and ceilings;
- Build positive relationships with customers and fellow employees.
Requirements:
- English literacy;
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications;
- Willingness to learn;
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment;
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules which include on call.
