Our company is looking for a Mason to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Wash away excess concrete;
- Use machines that vibrate concrete to fill air pockets;
- Level concrete using special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over;
- Prepare surface with hammer and chose;
- Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level;
- Use groove’s and hand trowels to spread concrete;
- Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set;
- Finish corners by hand;
- Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap;
- Apply latex and epoxy to floors;
- Arrange the concrete forms.
Requirements:
- MUST Have basic hand tools;
- Must have some prior experience with brick and block;
- Must have your own form of reliable transportation;
- Must be comfortable at heights;
- Must be safety minded and follow standard OSHA guidelines.
