Our company is looking for a Agile Coach to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving organizational impediments that prevent Agile teams from completing sprint commitments;
  • Identify and coach internal Agile champions, to remove reliance on external mentors;
  • Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability and adaptability;
  • Facilitate positive change by providing advice and input on technical direction, tools and processes;
  • Work with organizational leaders to design and promote scaled agile transformation;
  • Provide coaching and training at the program and team levels in an emerging Agile environment;
  • Provide planning and mentoring around the organizational impact of an Agile transformation;
  • Influence at all levels of an organization and help implement recommended changes;
  • Perform in various agile roles, including Scrum Master, where needed;
  • Java application development while learning expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing;
  • Mix of Automotive Systems, Software Development, Cloud Services, and Mobile Technologies;

  • Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise Agile guidance, training materials, and content;
  • Facilitate training and workshops;
  • Observe and provide feedback to teams and team members.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Banking domain knowledge;
  • Detail oriented;
  • LEAN process improvement experience;
  • Experience as a change agent leading process improvements in a large enterprise;
  • Ensure delivery of reproducible builds with a design emphasis on reusability, maintainability and efficiency;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs);
  • Experience scaling Agile across the enterprise leveraging SAFe, Nexus, LeSS and or DaD;
  • Active involvement in the Agile Community (user groups, speaking engagements, blogging);
  • Ability to influence without power;
  • Must exhibit excellent facilitation skills as well as great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools;
  • Lean certification preferred;
  • Agile certification as a Scrum Master and Product Owner required;
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience;
  • At least 2 year’s experience utilizing Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe).
