Scrum Master / Agile Coach Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Applying best practices from Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, XP and Scaling (SAFe) frameworks;
- Teaching and enabling the client on how to “Being Agile” in their transformation journey, not leading the transformation for the client;
- Training and coaching agile practitioners and leadership;
- Performing initial and ongoing enterprise agility assessments;
- Assessing for and recommending ongoing actions to be taken by clients.
Requirements:
- Communication (Oral/Written) Leadership;
- SAFe Agile: 5+ Years Scrum Master: 3+ Years;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Extraordinary Servant Leadership skills;
- 1+ year as Team level coach or as part of Agile Transformation Leadership Team;
- Expertise in Facilitation large meetings of leaders/executives;
- Preferred experience and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
- SAFe Certified;
- 1 + years experience training teams and leadership in Culture, Mindset, Agile Value, Principles and Practices.
