Our company is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity;
  • Facilitates scrum and status meetings;
  • Serve as an Agile coach and teach teams agile methodologies;
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit in identifying new methods of continuous improvement;
  • Uses technical acumen to enable removal of impediments, ask probing questions, and support team in issue resolution;
  • Monitors and reports all project risks and issues; leads mitigation and resolution efforts to limit risks; escalates as needed;
  • Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule;
  • Actively reflect on your own behavior and continuously attempt to improve your most important asset – people, and their way of working;
  • Actively identify and remove waste and distractions;
  • Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders;
  • Organizes and facilitates all scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc;
  • A natural leader who easily commands the respect of the team and builds trusted relationships at all levels;
  • Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members and dependent teams;
  • Removes obstacles that may impact the delivery;
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports.

Requirements:

  • SAFe Scrum Master a plus;
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product management;
  • Understands, can participate in and lead solutions design;
  • System and/or Business Analysis experience preferred;
  • Able to work on multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment;
  • 3 5 years project leadership in a deadline driven environment;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience required;
  • Application development experience preferred;
  • Launched large-scale product offerings in a complex, enterprise environment;

  • Ability to organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills without dictating a solution or direction;
