Our company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in estimation and planning techniques;
  • Being the coach and driver of the requisite ALM tool for the scrum team;
  • Manage inventory flow of all incoming and outgoing customer returns, warranties and replacements for customer resolution;
  • You work closely with Wahoo’s Country Manager DACH to help the existing network of retailers increase sales and brand awareness;
  • The development of new or upgraded products and services;
  • Maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing;
  • Improve in-store presence of Wahoo products through enhanced merchandising and increased product distribution;
  • Agree targets with customers, tracking regularly and holding owners to account, and putting in place any corrective actions;
  • Facilitates planning, team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives;
  • Receive against TOs in NetSuite by creating Item Fulfillment (IF) and Item Receipts (IR);
  • Support our Wahoo specialist retail partners in the areas of marketing, technical support and sales;
  • Support the finance team in Atlanta ensuring accounts are current and within terms and when necessary helping effect payment;
  • Manage Vendor export documentation and ensure they are provided to Flexport timely;
  • Strengthening the presence of the team as an Agile center of excellence. Actively contributing to the organization Agile Community;
  • Update Wahoo Staff with reports of shipment delays, missed connections, and/or delivery appointments.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading change and advocating for modern agile software development and organizational practices;
  • Strong ability to problem solve and prioritize;
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills;
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills; pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude; plays well with others;
  • Has “thick skin” and can handle complaints and unpleasant customers;
  • Experience in software and/or platform product development utilizing the Agile methodology is required;
  • Development experience or a technical background;
  • Ability to lead dynamic, energized and highly creative multi-discipline high-performance work teams;
  • Knowledge of responsive design concepts and best practices of UX/UI design and development as it pertains to eCommerce;
  • Working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Lifecycle;
  • Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and challenge command and control behaviors;
  • Must be collaborative in driving decisions;
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle;
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in iteration/sprint-based development is required;
  • Knowledge of and ability to facilitate Backlog grooming.
