Lead Instructor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lead Instructor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs quarterly evaluations on all CycleStars in his/her studio;
- Keeps in regular communication with the Senior Master Instructor team;
- Maintains brand standards in his/her studio;
- Helps the franchise owner/studio manager on board new talent for the studio;
- Trains new talent.
Requirements:
- Teach at least 5 classes per week;
- Demonstrates leadership in the studio;
- Minimum 2 years experience as an indoor cycling instructor.
