Our company is looking for a food expo to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows all relevant brand standards;
  • Proactively addresses and communicates issues to acting manager on duty (MOD);
  • Ensures all items for guest tickets are fulfilled, plated and garnished correctly;
  • Greets and uses visual cues when delivering items to seated guests, ensuring the items are accurate and to the brand standards;
  • Ensures all ticket items are served in proper order – appetizer, entrée’s and desserts;
  • Tends to special guest needs and requests;
  • Communicates and coaches HOH staff on ticketed changes. Assists HOH with clarifying orders are properly fulfilled;
  • Ensures and displays a sense of urgency; making sure proper pace of food service standards are upheld;
  • Ensures all ticketed items are properly trayed and provides adequate communication and direction for items to be delivered to guest tables.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to hear well in a loud environment in order to meet guest expectations;
  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as be able to understand requests for assistance;
  • Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.);
  • Must be able to read menus;
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe;
  • Must be able to understand requests for assistance;
  • Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to Servers, Bussers, Managers, etc;
  • Must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
