Associate Periodontist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Periodontist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner;
- Respect practice philosophies and other doctors, and be dedicated to providing a superior patient experience;
- Maintain an excellent reputation in the area;
- Provide general, bread and butter Periodontic procedures, be personable to both patients and other employees;
- Provide general Periodontics procedures, with a focus on implants and grafting. Must have knowledge or experience with Straumann and Nobel systems;
- Provide general Periodontic procedures, be personable to both patients and other employees. No implants are necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills;
- DMD or DDS degree;
- Must have an Periodontist Certification from an accredited US program;
- Excellent people skills;
- Must have an active Utah dental license or be able to obtain one;
- Must have an active South Carolina dental license or be able to obtain one;
- Must have an active New Hampshire dental license or be able to obtain one;
- Must have an active Missouri dental license or be able to obtain one;
- Must have a Periodontics Certification from an accredited US program;
- Must have an active New York dental license or be able to obtain one.
