Our company is looking for a Charge RN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Crisis intervention;
- Accurate documentation;
- Medication management;
- Assesses patients;
- Milieu management and unit team leadership;
- Health education to patients and their families;
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN);
- Maintain current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Requirements:
- TX RN license or ability to obtain TX RN license;
- Previous dialysis nursing experience;
- Current FL RN license or ability to obtain FL RN license;
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical and hemodialysis experience;
- CNN or CDN preferred at time of hire or within 12 months;
- Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred;
- At least 2 years of recent dialysis nursing experience;
- Supervisory experience preferred;
- ID RN license or ability to obtain ID RN license;
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred;
- Six months dialysis experience preferred;
- BSN preferred;
- BLS certification or ability to obtain BLS certification within 90 days;
- NJ RN license or ability to obtain NJ RN license;
- NC RN license or ability to obtain NC RN license.
