CNA – PRN Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a CNA – PRN to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor;
  • Maintain a clean and safe resident environment;
  • Perform routine care rounds on each assigned resident, at minimum, every two hours (or more frequently as indicated);
  • Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight;
  • Perform palliative and post-mortem care;
  • Accurately calculate and record weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output;
  • Measuring and recording weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rated;
  • Measuring food and fluid intact and output as directed;
  • Bathing and dressing;
  • Serving, feeding and collecting food trays.

Requirements:
