CNA – PRN Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a CNA – PRN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor;
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment;
- Perform routine care rounds on each assigned resident, at minimum, every two hours (or more frequently as indicated);
- Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight;
- Perform palliative and post-mortem care;
- Accurately calculate and record weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output;
- Measuring and recording weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rated;
- Measuring food and fluid intact and output as directed;
- Bathing and dressing;
- Serving, feeding and collecting food trays.
Requirements:
