Our company is looking for a Rn Prn to join our team.


  • Performs assessments of clients;
  • May perform the following tasks in accordance with established procedures and as prescribed by applicable licensure/certification;
  • Supervise CNA’s and LPN’s and participate in their evaluation;
  • Assists in competency testing of caregivers and record maintenance;
  • Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies;
  • Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment;
  • Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team;
  • Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants;
  • Performs other duties as directed;
  • Assists with coordination of care between client, agencies, caregivers and medical personnel;

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident;
  • Provide nursing services;
  • Records the administration of medication;
  • Provides education to members responsible for assisting the client with personal care needs.

  • PA RN nursing license, required;
  • Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community;
  • 2 years acute Med-Surg or Telemetry experience, required;
  • Scheduling App;
  • Ability to work flexible hours;

  • Six (6) months previous experience as a ETT, EMT, CNA, Psychiatric Technician or related position in a healthcare industry;
  • ACLS Certification Preferred.
