Our company is looking for a Occupational Therapist – Full Time to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains documentation of services in the medical record;
- Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques;
- Evaluates and treats patients/residences;
- Communicates with families, physicians and other health team members;
- Evaluate progress of each student on consistent basis;
- K-12 caseload;
- Full or Part time hours depending on applicants preferance;
- Develop treatment plan for students.
Requirements:
- Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the field of physical disabilities working as a Therapist;
- Must have Masters degree in related field;
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist necessary to work in Long Term Care;
- Interest in sub-acute, geriatric rehabilitation and general rehabilitation;
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Also Referred to as: OT, OTR/L, OTR, MOT, MSOT, DOT;
- A Master’s/Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy;
- Must have an active or pending OT license for DE;
- Requirements for this position include a AZ state license;
- Must be able to bill medicaid;
- Valid State Licensure/State Credentials;
- Requirements for this position include a VA state license;
- Must have active/pending fingerprint clearance card in state of AZ.
