Our company is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Filling and labeling medications for patients;
- Handling insurance;
- Talking to and assisting patients;
- Serves as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professional by providing information as necessary;
- Receives and stores incoming supplies;
- Data entry to enter and maintain patient information;
- Collect and input a patient’s information for processing a prescription;
- Inventory management;
- Assist customers with any pharmacy needs;
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment;
- Be knowledgeable in the company’s HAZCOM program and adhere to manufacturer’s label instructions for the safe and proper use of all chemical products;

- Prepare medication for distribution.
Requirements:
- Current, clear pharmacy technician license in Michigan;
- 2 years or long work experience working as a pharmacy technician, current;
- CNSP Preparation logs;
- Great communication skills;
- Prepack Controlled Substance Records;
- Departmental Health Status Boards;
- Anesthesia Controlled Substance Records;
- 1-2 years of practical, but related work experience;
- Current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Indiana;
- PO Preparation logs.
