Skilled Automotive Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Skilled Automotive Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems;
- Inspect, diagnose and repair all automotive systems including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic;
- Minimum of 3+ Years working as a Major R&R Technician;
- Remove and Reinstall major component systems including all components of the drive line;
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience working as an Automotive General Technician;
- Diagnose, rebuild and repair automotive transmission systems to specifications- knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus;
- Remove and Reinstall Transmission systems when needed;
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as an Automotive Transmission Rebuilder;
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as an Automotive General Technician;
- Remove and Reinstall Transmission and minor automotive systems.
Requirements:
- Own professional grade tools to service any repair needed;
- Must be punctual and bring a positive attitude to work everyday;
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment;
- Hold a valid driver’s license (required).
