- Identify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actions;
- Develops continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participates in execution;
- Aligns ERP production schedules with customer requirements;

- Possesses excellent mathematical skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Extensive experience with ERP System Management required;
- Ability to travel to all Applied Composites locations and/or client locations as needed;
- Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment;
- Possess knowledge of supply chain process and procedures;
- Ability to work independently and negotiate and set priorities required;
- History of excellent attendance;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP systems;
