Our company is looking for a Master Scheduler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actions;
  • Develops continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participates in execution;
  • Aligns ERP production schedules with customer requirements;
  • Develop production plans and scheduling;
  • Support the team’s schedule change control efforts;
  • Interact daily with technical leads, CACI leadership, and client personnel by providing schedule status data;
  • Execute the plans to meet customer required date;
  • Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures;
  • Maintains reports to reflect scheduling methods, support performance and process procedures;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing);
  • Inventory Management – analysis of requirements vs inventory position;
  • Analyzes demand signals; determines what needs to be built;
  • Possesses excellent mathematical skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Extensive experience with ERP System Management required;
  • Ability to travel to all Applied Composites locations and/or client locations as needed;
  • Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment;
  • Possess knowledge of supply chain process and procedures;
  • Ability to work independently and negotiate and set priorities required;
  • History of excellent attendance;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP systems;
  • Possess superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Possesses high degree of personal accountability, self-motivated with a strong bias for action;
  • Excellent time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
