Our company is looking for a School Psychologist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leads or participates in the IEP process as it pertains to individual student needs;
- Writes all reports pertaining to psychological services given to clients;
- Provides intra-unit consultation as necessary;
- To provide diagnostic and consultative services to students, parents, school, and the other CORA related service personnel;
- Maintenance of a monthly Psycho-Educational Evaluation Log (SE 137) for each month of service;
- To conduct professional evaluations with an average of 10 students per month;
- Works with ODYS to resolve discrepancies in professional practice;
- Adherence to Security, key and tool control procedures;
- Administers psychological tests to determine needs of clients;
- Participates in all procedures to facilitate special education placement of students;
- Presents research and recommendations to ODYS administration for review and potential implementation as required;
- Provides clinical input into Unit staffing conferences;
- To adhere to agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management and accountability.
Requirements:
- Must have Master’s or Doctoral Degree;
- Must have Washington State License/National Certified;
- Must have Master’s or Doctorial Degree;
- Must have TX State License/National Certified;
- Must have Georgia State License/National Certified;
- Valid Florida Teacher Certificate in School;
- Working knowledge of the instructional and social needs of students at risk and students with disabilities;
- Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone;
- K-8 Right outside of San Fran;
- DE School Psychologist or NCSP;
- MD ED Certification;
- VA License from VDoE in School Psychology;
- Full Time; Middle School Caseload;
- OR Psych TSPC;
- Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone.
