B2B Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define, build, and execute thought leadership program;
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget;
- Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution;
- Coordinate and Support prospect pipeline and delivery of RFPs;
- Plan and execute on third party and UpClear-hosted events;
- Support and Coordinate the Customer Relationship Management practice;
- Manage development of best in class marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, website content, etc);
- Work closely with CEO and management team to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year;
- Coordinate regional resources to facilitate content creation.
Requirements:
- Work successfully both independently and as part of a team where consensus is required;
- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
- Experience working as a key contributor in the marketing strategy team for a Fintech firm or traditional financial institution;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- An ownership mentality;
- Ability and strong desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth start-up;
- Assist in managing marketing budget, including selecting/managing outside vendors as needed for graphic design, printing, etc;
- In partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer and President, own DriveWealth’s overall marketing, branding, positioning and messaging;
- Interest in the brokerage business and the benefits of our infrastructure and services;
- Utilize analytics to develop and measure effectiveness of marketing programs;
- Interest in helping grow a business by increasing brand awareness, market recognition and understanding of what we do;
- Manage communications to our clients and other important constituencies about upcoming product or service launches and other important announcements;
- Work directly with DriveWealth’s outside PR consultants to create the best visibility and reputational outcome for the company.
