Responsibilities:

  • handling of recruiting and human resources to ensure proper staffing;
  • Leveraging available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities;
  • Attends assigned training sessions and stays current on new procedures and policies;
  • Manages the approval of all new accounts, the approval of checks for cashing, and the signing of official checks and certificates of deposit;

  • Full P&L responsibility experience required.

Requirements:

  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record per company standards;
  • Experience leading a team of employees towards a common goal;
  • At least five years of commercial lending experience required;
  • Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development;
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred;
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and in the community;
  • Must possess the entrepreneurial spirit; be self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our business;
  • Must possess negotiating skills as well as decision making abilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, as well as other office equipment such as multi-user telephone line, fax machine, and computer;
  • Detail orientated with some computer abilities;
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and perform in any role necessary;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Previous experience in a branch management;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work well with people is essential.
