Our company is looking for a Center Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining workflow in the shop;
  • Parent communication;
  • Payroll;
  • Accounts Receivable follow up;
  • Managing shop help planning the days productivity;
  • Reviews daily employee timesheets and submits for payroll processing;
  • Staff management;
  • Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization;
  • Performs personnel management, which includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates;
  • Inventory management;
  • Center Operaition;
  • Manages Center financials and prepares/provides reporting;
  • Lead Management;
  • Center Safety;
  • Verify invoices.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, patients and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and processes and work effectively with other team members;
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high degree of objectivity and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of reports and data;
  • Experience working with dialysis/ESRD patients;
  • The experience, skills and abilities commensurate with managing an entity that exceeds $25M in revenue;
  • Six months’ hemodialysis experience;
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification;
  • Previous management and/or leadership experience;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist;
  • Positive personality a must;
  • Outstanding phone skills;
  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school desired;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Sales experience required.
